Medina Central School District

Exemplify Excellence in Education

OUTREACH

What happens outside of the classroom directly affects what happens inside the classroom.

The task of Community Outreach is to develop  instructional support programs that ensure student learning, engage our  parents, and connect community organizations, and government agencies, with our schools.

Medina Central School District is committed to connecting our neighborhoods to educational needs for the future of our children.   Contact the Community Outreach team to find out how you can become involved.

A group of children listen attentively to a speaker in a classroom, with a sign on the wall that reads 'Don't Say 'I Can't' Say 'I'll Try.'

  • Raise awareness of school personnel, parents, guardians, caregivers, community partners, and local businesses of the effects of chronic absence and truancy.

  • Parent volunteers needed to offer a huge resource and support base in the school community while showing their kids they value education.

  • Create a partnership with families, schools and communities to improve student, classroom, and school district.
