2024-2025 Annual Budget Vote and Election Information

The Board of Education adopted a budget proposal of $42,162,921 for the 2024-2025 school year and will be voted on by qualified voters of the Medina Central School District.

The Budget Hearing will take place on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 6:30 PM and the Budget Vote and Board Election will take place Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the District Office located at 1 Mustang Drive, Medina, NY 14103. 


You must be a qualified voter to be eligible to vote.  A qualified voter must be a citizen of the United States; at least eighteen (18) years of age; a resident of the District at least thirty (30) days prior to May 21, 2024; and not otherwise prohibited from voting under the Election Law.  All voters must provide proof of residency.  Acceptable documents include a driver's license, non-driver identification card, a utility bill, or a voter registration card.  Upon proof of residency, the School District requires voters to provide their signature, printed name and address.


The Medina Central School District Board of Education has two open seats, for three-year terms each, beginning on July 1, 2024 and expiring on June 30, 2027. There are two candidates running and you may write in candidates.  This is the order they will appear on the ballot (click on their names to read their bio's):
