About Me: 

I have been teaching since 2000 as a Special Education Teacher.  I have been working at Medina Central School District since 2008. I have had many different roles here in Medina.  I am currently a Consultant Teacher with the 8th grade team of teachers at the High School. I thrive on making connections with students to encourage a love for leanring and success.  

I was born in Dublin, Ireland. I came to America when I was three months old and was raised in Yonkers, NY by my parents and three brothers.  I graduated from St. Barnabas H.S. in the Bronx. I graduated from to SUNY Morrisville with an Individual Studies degree. I continued my education at Buffalo State College with a BS for Exceptional Education.  I furthered my education to earn several Master degrees, Curriculum and Instruction, Reading and Literacy and an Advanced Certificate for School Building Leader. 

I married in 2000 to my husband Kevin and we have three beautiful children, two boys and a girl.  We love to travel south in the summer to Topsail, North Carolina to soak in the sun and enjoy the ocean.
