About Me:
My name is Abbey Boyst and I will be teaching first grade students this year! My history with Medina includes teaching AIS at Wise Intermediate, as well as, fifth grade before teaching AIS at Oak Orchard Elementary. I graduated from the State University of Brockport in 2009 with my bachelor’s in English and general education. In 2012, I became a certified reading specialist when I received my master’s in literacy. I live in Brockport with my husband and our three children. When I am not teaching, I can be found photographing nature, as well as my beautiful kiddos. I look forward to working with your children and all that this year has to offer.
